Grilled Venison Steaks recipe
Marinated venison steaks get buttery and tender on the grillserve with fries or chips and a cold drink, and your meal is complete.
Ingredients:
4 (6 to 8 ounce) venison steaks
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1) Combine steaks, buttermilk, and Worcestershire sauce in a covered bowl; refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Drain.
2) Preheat grill to high. Combine oil, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush over steaks to cover. Place on grill and cook until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes total. Serve warm.
